Could it &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;sell&lt;/span&gt;?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;STEP 3&lt;/span&gt; -- Imagine the site without any words. Could it &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;sell&lt;/span&gt;?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yes..., words &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;SELL&lt;/span&gt;! I mean..., the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;RIGHT &lt;/span&gt;words.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Even the right graphics or videos can't sell as well as words.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe in the year 2020, videos will rule the Internet. And she added that one of their associates will be in touch with me within the following 48-72 hours (well, it's more than that now..., and I'm feeling just a bit apprehensive).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Anyway, better be safe than sorry. And the one that made it, 9 out of 10 of them failed in the next 10 years. As such, 99% of small businesses closed down in the first 10 years of operation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A similar statistics seem to hold true for Internet-based businesses (after all, a business is a business whether it is physical or "virtual"). But another similarly striking statistics revealed that 99% of all web business do not sell? I also researched on the needs and shortcomings of travel companies in Borneo as well. It took me another 2 1/2 years to refine my service before I started to offer my service (i.e., custom vacation package to Borneo) on the site.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At that time, my service was one-of-a-kind for several reasons - it is the first to provide travel packages that combine the four regions of Borneo, it provide trip advisories and travel tips, on top of helping to customize the most cost-effective vacation package.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And the technology and/or script I used is of the lower end. Nothing fancy, nothing splashy. Just a simple idea, just a simple process...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But I made doubly sure that the customer service and delivery system OVERdelivers - we treat our clients like kings and queens, and go to any length possible to meet their requests, no matter how petty they may seem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If my service was not well thought-out or up to par, I can assure you that I can forget about nailing the other Big 2.
